Amend CSSB 1076 as follows:
      (1)  On page 1, line 57, insert the following:
      "(e)  The commissioner shall adopt a rule providing for
Spanish language disclosure of the information required in
Subsection (b)."
      (2)  On page 2, line 69, insert the following:
      "(e)  The commissioner shall adopt a rule providing for
Spanish language disclosure of the information required in
Subsection (b)."
