Amend CSSB 1220 on page 1 at line 55 by adding the following
appropriately numbered SECTION and renumbering the existing
SECTIONS as appropriate:
      SECTION 3.  Subchapter B, Chapter 392, Transportation Code,
is amended by adding Section 392.0315 to read as follows:
      Sec. 392.0315.  NONAPPLICABILITY.  This subchapter does not
apply to a sign that:
            (1)  is attached to a building located on property
other than a state highway right-of-way; and
            (2)  extends over the state highway right-of-way in a
manner that does not interfere with the current use of the
right-of-way or pose a hazard.
