Amend CSSB 1291 as follows:
      (1)  In Section 161.310(a), Health and Safety Code, as added
by SECTION 1 of the bill (page 3, line 25, senate committee
printing), strike "11 members" and substitute "13 members".
      (2)  In Section 161.310(a)(10), Health and Safety Code, as
added by SECTION 1 of the bill, at the end of the subdivision (page
3, line 48, senate committee printing), strike "and".
      (3)  In Section 161.310(a)(11), Health and Safety Code, as
added by SECTION 1 of the bill, between "entity" and the period
(page 3, line 51, senate committee printing), insert:
      "; and
            (12)  two persons, one of whom is a minor, who
represent populations considered at risk for tobacco use and
tobacco related illness, as described by Section 161.304, appointed
by the board".
