Amend SB 1690 (engrossed version) as follows:
      On page 1, line 2, add a new Section 1 as follows:
      SECTION 1.  This act may be cited as the "Joe Faggard Coastal
Erosion Planning and Response Act".
      Renumber the remaining sections accordingly.
