Amend SB 1906 (House Committee Report) as follows:
      On page 5, line 1, add a new subsection (f) that reads:
      "(f)  This privilege does not apply to a grand jury
subpoena."
      On page 8, line 11, add a new subsection (c) to Section 2
that reads:
      "(c)  To the extent of any conflict, this act controls over
SB 964, Acts of the 76th Legislature, Regular Session, 1999."
