HBA-GUM, RBT H.B. 1921 76(R)BILL ANALYSIS Office of House Bill AnalysisH.B. 1921 By: Chisum Judicial Affairs 7/6/1999 Enrolled BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE The 84th Judicial District covers Hansford, Ochiltree, and Hutchinson Counties. Until 1993, the court provided its own bailiff and the counties paid a proportionate share of the expenses.
