SRC-JXG H.B. 2764 76(R) BILL ANALYSIS Senate Research Center H.B. 2764 By: Solomons (Nixon) Intergovernmental Relations 5/12/1999 Engrossed DIGEST Currently, Texas law authorizes a county to establish visual aesthetic standards for auto salvage yards in the unincorporated areas of a county.
