SRC-ARR H.B. 2846 76(R) BILL ANALYSIS Senate Research Center H.B. 2846 76R11927 EBy: Brimer (Harris) Jurisprudence 4/29/1999 Engrossed DIGEST Currently, county sheriffs work under certain restraints in operating the jail commissary, one of which is the periodic audits of the jail commissary account.
