SRC-PNG S.B. 234 76(R)BILL ANALYSIS Senate Research CenterS.B. 234 By: Ellis State Affairs 6/18/1999 Enrolled DIGEST Currently, under Texas law, certain state agencies file a roster of licensees with the secretary of state.
