SRC-JJJ S.B. 746 76(R) BILL ANALYSIS Senate Research Center S.B. 746 76R4694 CAG-DBy: Shapleigh Education 3/19/1999 As Filed DIGEST Currently, Texas law authorizes The University of Texas System to levy a student union fee not to exceed $30 per student for each regular semester and $15 per student for each term of the summer session for purposes of maintaining and operating a student union building at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). The summer program has since changed and is now one "long" summer session.
