SRC-ARR S.B. 1828 76(R) BILL ANALYSIS Senate Research Center S.B. 1828 76R9696 JRD-FBy: Shapiro State Affairs 4/28/1999 As Filed DIGEST Currently, the statute outlining the duties and responsibilities of the Texas Council On Purchasing From People With Disabilities (council) is located in the Human Resources Code.
