 1-7                            A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
 1-8                                   AN ACT
 1-9     relating to the composition of the Bell County Juvenile Board.
1-10           BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
1-11           SECTION 1.  Section 152.0201(a), Human Resources Code, is
1-12     amended to read as follows:
1-13           (a)  The Bell County Juvenile Board is composed of the county
1-14     judge, the district judges in Bell County, and the judge of each
1-15     county court at law in the county [the County Court at Law No. 1,
1-16     and the judge of the County Court  at Law No. 2].
1-17           SECTION 2.  The importance of this legislation and the
1-18     crowded condition of the calendars in both houses create an
1-19     emergency and an imperative public necessity that the
1-20     constitutional rule requiring bills to be read on three several
1-21     days in each house be suspended, and this rule is hereby suspended.
