                             HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
 1-1           WHEREAS, House Bill No. 1498 has been adopted by the house of
 1-2     representatives and the senate; and
 1-3           WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
 1-4     corrected; now, therefore, be it
 1-5           RESOLVED, That the enrolling clerk of the house of
 1-6     representatives be hereby instructed to correct House Bill No. 1498
 1-7     in SECTION 1 of the bill in added Article 26.09(f)(2), Insurance
 1-8     Code, as follows:
 1-9           (1)  strike "state-certified health maintenance organization"
1-10     and substitute "nonprofit, state-certified health maintenance
1-11     organization";
1-12           (2)  strike "single, nonprofit group medical practice" and
1-13     substitute "single group medical practice".
