                                 R E S O L U T I O N
 1-1           WHEREAS, January 23, 1999, was indeed a special day for
 1-2     Stephanie Jo Tippett and Lance Lee Morris, for on that day they
 1-3     were united in marriage and began their new life together as
 1-4     husband and wife; and
 1-5           WHEREAS, The two were married at Austin Presbyterian
 1-6     Theological Seminary Chapel, and this momentous event marked the
 1-7     union of their individual lives into that of a unified family and
 1-8     celebrated the bonds of love and friendship that have developed
 1-9     with time; and
1-10           WHEREAS, After meeting in April 1996, the happy couple had
1-11     their first date at the Wine and Food Festival in Austin; they have
1-12     since shared a relationship that has grown in love, respect, and
1-13     lasting regard for each other, and it is truly fitting that this
1-14     fortunate pair be congratulated on the celebration of their
1-15     marriage; now, therefore, be it
1-16           RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 76th Texas
1-17     Legislature hereby congratulate Stephanie Tippett Morris and Lance
1-18     Lee Morris on the joyous occasion of their wedding and extend to
1-19     them warmest best wishes for a lifetime of happiness together; and,
1-20     be it further
1-21           RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
1-22     prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Morris as an expression of high regard by
1-23     the Texas House of Representatives.
