                                 R E S O L U T I O N
 1-1           WHEREAS, The pleasure of becoming doting grandparents is
 1-2     indeed a special one and remains a joy as many times as such a
 1-3     blessed event occurs; for our distinguished colleague, the
 1-4     Honorable Charlie Howard, and his wife, Jo, the birth of their
 1-5     second grandchild, Keaton Rivers Ashworth Drenner, was truly a
 1-6     special occasion; and
 1-7           WHEREAS, Born on November 27, 1998, Keaton is the second son
 1-8     of George Blair Drenner and Julie Howard Drenner, and his eagerly
 1-9     anticipated arrival has brought great happiness into the lives of
1-10     his close-knit family; and
1-11           WHEREAS, Keaton weighed in at five pounds, one ounce, and
1-12     measured 18-1/2 inches in length, and he is a source of tremendous
1-13     pride to his family and many new admirers; and
1-14           WHEREAS, This precocious and charming child's future is
1-15     indeed a bright one, and he will undoubtedly benefit from the
1-16     leadership and guidance of his distinguished grandfather; and
1-17           WHEREAS, It gives the members of this chamber great pleasure
1-18     to formally announce the birth of a new citizen of the State of
1-19     Texas and to congratulate his parents and grandparents on this
1-20     joyous occasion; now, therefore, be it
1-21           RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 76th Texas
1-22     Legislature officially welcome Keaton Rivers Ashworth Drenner as a
1-23     new citizen of the Lone Star State and extend heartfelt
1-24     congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Drenner and Representative and
 2-1     Mrs. Howard on the birth of this cherished addition to their
 2-2     family; and, be it further
 2-3           RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 2-4     prepared for Keaton Rivers Ashworth Drenner, his parents, and his
 2-5     grandparents as an expression of high regard by the Texas House of
 2-6     Representatives.
