R E S O L U T I O N
 1-1           WHEREAS, The Texas House of Representatives takes great pride
 1-2     in congratulating house photographer Jeffrey Allen Wilson and his
 1-3     bride, the former Cassandra Elaine Winningham, on their recent
 1-4     marriage; and
 1-5           WHEREAS, Mr. Wilson began his tenure with the House
 1-6     Photography Department in December 1998, and throughout his first
 1-7     session of employment with the house, he has earned the respect and
 1-8     admiration of all who have had the pleasure of working with him;
 1-9     and
1-10           WHEREAS, A native of California, Mr. Wilson is the son of
1-11     Maria and James Wilson; he was raised in Temple and is a 1998 cum
1-12     laude graduate of St. Edward's University with a bachelor's degree
1-13     in business and photo-communications; and
1-14           WHEREAS, The Wilsons were united in matrimony on April 10,
1-15     1999; joining them in their happiness is a daughter, Manon Paige,
1-16     and the family's years together are sure to be happy ones, filled
1-17     with laughter and many joyful memories; now, therefore, be it
1-18           RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 76th Texas
1-19     Legislature hereby congratulate Jeffrey and Cassandra Wilson on
1-20     their recent marriage and extend to them sincere best wishes for
1-21     great happiness throughout the coming years; and, be it further
1-22               RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
1-23     prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Wilson as an expression of high regard by
1-24     the Texas House of Representatives.
