                                 R E S O L U T I O N
 1-1           WHEREAS, The Texas House of Representatives is proud to join
 1-2     the faculty, staff, and students of Odem High School in honoring
 1-3     Steve Allan Pizana for his significant achievements as he graduates
 1-4     from high school on May 28, 1999; and
 1-5           WHEREAS, Born on February 20, 1981, in Fort Worth, Mr. Pizana
 1-6     moved with his family to Odem in 1989 and later attended Odem
 1-7     Junior High School; throughout his education, this esteemed young
 1-8     man's perseverence in overcoming obstacles has served as an
 1-9     inspiration to his schoolmates as well as his teachers; and
1-10           WHEREAS, In all his endeavors, Mr. Pizana enjoys the support
1-11     of his devoted family, including his mother, Sylvia Moreno
1-12     Dominguez and her husband, Jaime; his father, Esteban Pizana; his
1-13     sisters, April Rose Pizana and Carla Mariah Dominguez; and his many
1-14     other relatives and friends; and
1-15           WHEREAS, Steve Allan Pizana exemplifies the qualities of
1-16     kindness, patience, and determination; and it is truly a privilege
1-17     to honor him at this time; now, therefore, be it
1-18           RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 76th Texas
1-19     Legislature hereby congratulate Steve Allan Pizana on the occasion
1-20     of his graduation from Odem High School and extend to him warmest
1-21     best wishes for success and happiness in all his future endeavors;
1-22     and, be it further
1-23           RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
1-24     prepared for Mr. Pizana as an expression of high regard by the
 2-1     Texas House of Representatives.
