1-8 technical proficiency, or lack thereof; and
1-9 WHEREAS, Cynthia's strength is not her ability to use a
1-10 computer, a fax machine, or a copier, but rather is her
1-11 indiscriminate kindness and generosity; and
1-12 WHEREAS, Her love of coffee, specifically of the espresso and
1-13 cappuccino variety, is unmatched; she is known by both name and

1-15 Avenue because of her frequent coffee stops; and
1-16 WHEREAS, She is also widely recognized among the Capitol
1-17 community because of her lighthearted irreverence, as displayed by
1-18 impromptu song and dance routines offered throughout the halls of

1-20 giggles; and
1-21 WHEREAS, On one fine Texas April afternoon, the offices of
1-22 the 400 hallway of the Capitol Extension were afforded the
1-23 fortuitous opportunity to enjoy Ms. Bragg's exquisite rhythmic

 2-9 group; and
2-10 WHEREAS, Cynthia Bragg met the Maxey staff each morning with
2-11 offerings of breakfast tacos, pigs-in-a-blanket, and other culinary

2-14 efforts of the 76th session; and
2-15 WHEREAS, During a period in which Ms. Bragg took leave to
2-16 care for her ailing mother, the Maxey office fell into a state of
