                                 R E S O L U T I O N
 1-1           WHEREAS, The Texas House of Representatives is proud to honor
 1-2     Matt Watson for his commendable work as a staff member in
 1-3     Representative Glen Maxey's office; and
 1-4           WHEREAS, A native of Provo, Utah, Mr. Watson was raised in
 1-5     awe of the earth's resources and is both book-learned and
 1-6     hog-smart; and
 1-7           WHEREAS, Mr. Watson's special study of renewable resources
 1-8     has made him an expert in the measured use of certain resources,
 1-9     and, in particular, natural gas; he has become highly knowledgeable
1-10     in the field of natural gas generation and the measured release of
1-11     this renewable resource in the proper amounts and on the
1-12     appropriate occasions to accomplish the greatest good; and
1-13           WHEREAS, Mr. Watson is so honest you could shoot dice with
1-14     him over the telephone, which is advisable given his area of
1-15     expertise, and his employer's admiration of Matt's ability has
1-16     often inspired the representative to say "Come, Watson, the game is
1-17     afoot"; and
1-18           WHEREAS, He has earned the nickname "Peanut," for reasons the
1-19     boss does not even want to know; and
1-20           WHEREAS, Matt Watson has brought both attitude and aptitude
1-21     to his work for the legislature, and it is indeed appropriate that
1-22     he be honored at this time; now, therefore, be it
1-23           RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 76th Texas
1-24     Legislature hereby commend Matt Watson for his many contributions
 2-1     as a member of the staff of Representative Glen Maxey and extend to
 2-2     him sincere best wishes for continued success and happiness; and,
 2-3     be it further
 2-4           RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 2-5     prepared for Mr. Watson as an expression of high regard by the
 2-6     Texas House of Representatives.
