By Reyna of Bexar H.R. No. 1379 76R18214 WMS-D R E S O L U T I O N 1-1 WHEREAS, The Texas House of Representatives is proud to honor 1-2 Curtis W. Bannert of San Antonio, for this accomplished member of 1-3 the legal profession is truly an outstanding Texan; and 1-4 WHEREAS, A native of Las Vegas, Nevada, Mr. Bannert earned 1-5 his law degree from Texas Tech University, and after graduating 1-6 from that esteemed institution, he relocated to San Antonio; and 1-7 WHEREAS, This respected gentleman is now a practicing 1-8 attorney in the Alamo City and has been a member of the State Bar 1-9 since 1994; and 1-10 WHEREAS, He is supported in all his endeavors by his devoted 1-11 wife, April Lynn, who shares his commitment to the San Antonio 1-12 area; and 1-13 WHEREAS, Truly an asset to his community, Mr. Bannert's 1-14 notable efforts in the field of law are a credit to his profession 1-15 and he is indeed worthy of special recognition at this time; now, 1-16 therefore, be it 1-17 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 76th Texas 1-18 Legislature hereby congratulate Curtis W. Bannert for his work in 1-19 behalf of his fellow citizens and extend to him sincere best wishes 1-20 for continued success and happiness; and, be it further 1-21 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 1-22 prepared for Mr. Bannert as an expression of high regard by the 1-23 Texas House of Representatives.
