1-10 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
1-11 SECTION 1. Subsection (A), Section 2, Professional

1-15 practice a profession, including podiatry or dentistry, under the
1-16 laws of this state may, by complying with this Act, form a

1-20 therefrom as stated in articles of association or bylaws.
1-21 SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 1999.
1-22 SECTION 3. The importance of this legislation and the
1-23 crowded condition of the calendars in both houses create an
1-24 emergency and an imperative public necessity that the
1-25 constitutional rule requiring bills to be read on three several
1-26 days in each house be suspended, and this rule is hereby suspended.
