                                A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
 1-1                                   AN ACT
 1-2     relating to advertising in the Texas driver's handbook.
 1-3           BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
 1-4           SECTION 1.  Subchapter A, Chapter 521, Transportation Code,
 1-5     is amended by adding Section 521.006 to read as follows:
 1-6           Sec. 521.006.  ADVERTISING IN DRIVER'S HANDBOOK.  The
 1-7     department may sell advertising in any driver's handbook that the
 1-8     department publishes.
