SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
 1-1           WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 560 has been adopted by the senate
 1-2     and the house of representatives and is being prepared for
 1-3     enrollment; and
 1-4           WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
 1-5     corrected; now, therefore, be it
 1-6           RESOLVED by the 76th Legislature of the State of Texas, That
 1-7     the enrolling clerk of the senate be instructed to correct Senate
 1-8     Bill No. 560 at the end of Subsection (e), Section 54.102,
 1-9     Utilities Code, as added by SECTION 16 of the bill, by striking
1-10     "local governmental entity.  The commission has the authority to
1-11     enforce this subsection.", and substituting "local governmental
1-12     entity.
1-13           (f)  The commission has the authority to enforce this
1-14     section.".
