1-1 SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 153 1-2 WHEREAS, Jefferson D. Bryant III of Sugar Land has 1-3 recently been honored by the Boy Scout program for attaining 1-4 the rank of Eagle Scout; and 1-5 WHEREAS, After planning, developing, and conducting a 1-6 service project through which the community was benefitted, this 1-7 fine young gentleman was recognized as an able and outstanding 1-8 leader; and 1-9 WHEREAS, Jefferson Bryant brings great honor to himself in 1-10 earning the coveted Eagle Badge; his family, troop, community, 1-11 and state are justly proud of his great accomplishment; and 1-12 WHEREAS, Following the principles of the Scout oath and 1-13 promise, this personable young man advanced through the ranks of 1-14 Tenderfoot, Second, First, Star, and Life classes before reaching 1-15 Eagle Scout; and 1-16 WHEREAS, Jefferson Bryant has become one of a privileged 1-17 few to achieve this prestigious honor and is a glowing example 1-18 to all citizens of Texas; now, therefore, be it 1-19 RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 1-20 76th Legislature, hereby commend Jefferson D.
