1-1 1 1-2 SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 355 1-3 WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas takes pride in 1-4 recognizing the members of the Texas Silver-Haired Legislature 1-5 as they gather at the State Capitol on March 11, 1999; and 1-6 WHEREAS, The Senate is especially pleased to welcome 1-7 Gaston West, Speaker, Corpus Christi, Texas; Jim Cowgill, Speaker 1-8 Pro Tem, Dallas, Texas; Thomas Perkins, Deputy Speaker Pro Tem, 1-9 Smiley, Texas; Dolores Tousigant, Secretary, Moulton, Texas; 1-10 Oris Greever, Comptroller, Abilene, Texas; John W.
