1-1 SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 801 1-2 WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is proud to 1-3 recognize Johnnie M. Dickson for 25 years of loyal service at 1-4 Texas Southern University; and 1-5 WHEREAS, Johnnie Dickson served as the administrative 1-6 assistant in the Office of the Senior Vice President until retiring; 1-7 and 1-8 WHEREAS, During the many years with Texas Southern University, 1-9 Johnnie had a positive influence on all those with whom she was 1-10 associated; and 1-11 WHEREAS, Devoted to Texas Southern University and to her 1-12 work, Johnnie was committed to providing a superior educational 1-13 environment for students from all parts of Texas and across the 1-14 nation; and 1-15 WHEREAS, Through dedication and years of hard work, 1-16 Johnnie helped to make Texas Southern University the high-quality 1-17 institution it is today; now, therefore, be it 1-18 RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 1-19 76th Legislature, hereby commend Johnnie M.
