1-1 SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 805 1-2 WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is proud to 1-3 recognize Theodore C. Johnson, Jr., for his nearly 26 years 1-4 of loyal service at Texas Southern University; and 1-5 WHEREAS, Mr. Johnson served as an administrative assistant 1-6 in the Thurgood Marshall School of Law until his retirement; and 1-7 WHEREAS, During his years with Texas Southern University, 1-8 Mr. Johnson had a positive influence on all those with whom he 1-9 was associated; and 1-10 WHEREAS, Devoted to Texas Southern University and to his 1-11 work, he was committed to providing a superior educational 1-12 environment for students from all parts of Texas and across the 1-13 the nation; and 1-14 WHEREAS, Through his dedication and years of hard work, 1-15 Mr. Johnson helped to make Texas Southern University the 1-16 high-quality institution it is today; now, therefore, be it 1-17 RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 1-18 76th Legislature, hereby commend Theodore C.
