1-1 SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 1030 1-2 WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas takes pleasure 1-3 in recognizing the members of the Cave family on the grand occasion 1-4 of their family reunion; and 1-5 WHEREAS, Family members attending this event will 1-6 gather in Houston for the first time at the Red Lion Hotel on 1-7 July 2 through 4, 1999; and 1-8 WHEREAS, Family reunions are occasions that reforge 1-9 the bonds of familial devotion and ensure the preservation and 1-10 appreciation of the family heritage; and 1-11 WHEREAS, Strong traditional values are inherent in families 1-12 with hardworking and productive members of society, and these 1-13 values need to be passed on to the younger generations; and 1-14 WHEREAS, Cave family members will pause in their busy 1-15 daily lives to regenerate family awareness and to become better 1-16 acquainted with one another as they honor those with whom they 1-17 share a common heritage; and 1-18 WHEREAS, The Texas Senate is pleased to congratulate the Cave 1-19 family as they commemorate their past and look forward to their 1-20 future; now, therefore, be it 2-1 RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 2-2 76th Legislature, hereby extend best wishes to the Cave family for 2-3 a most enjoyable family reunion; and, be it further 2-4 RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared as a 2-5 memento of this special event. 2-6 Ellis 2-7 ______________________________________ 2-8 President of the Senate 2-9 I hereby certify that the above 2-10 Resolution was adopted by the Senate 2-11 on May 20, 1999. 2-12 ______________________________________ 2-13 Secretary of the Senate 2-14 ______________________________________ 2-15 Member, Texas Senate
