The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) would incur costs for printing the specified "warning signs". Methodology The TABC estimates costs for printing the "warning signs" specified in the bill to range from $4,063 per year for 150,000 paper signs to $19,137 for 150,000 vinyl signs. The estimated need for 150,000 signs is based on the number of active on premise licenses/permits and projected replacement needs. Since TABC is required by statute to raise revenue equal to its appropriation through surcharges on its permits and licenses, the bill would also increase revenue in a like amount. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. Source Agencies: 458 Alcoholic Beverage Comm LBB Staff: JK, TH, JN
