The bill would amend the Tax Code to lower the sales tax exemption
threshold on the total sale price of gold, silver, or numismatic coins
or of platinum, gold, or silver bullion.  The current threshold of
$1,000 would be reduced to $100.
  
Local Government Impact
  
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
