According to the Railroad Commission (RRC), it is anticipated that any
changes in the RRC operations would be minor and could be absorbed by
existing staff.  And any additional costs from holding local public
hearings, which would be at the discretion of the RRC, are anticipated
to be absorbed in the current budget.
  
Local Government Impact
  
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
