Local Government Impact
  
The bill would create County Court at Law No. 4 in Fort Bend County
effective January 1, 2001.  The operating cost of the court would be
$198,896 during fiscal year 2000, and $298,344 each fiscal year
thereafter.  Fort Bend County would have a one-time capital cost of
$20,000.
