* basis for an appropriation of funds to implement the provisions of *
* the bill. *

It is estimated that the student union fees increase would generate
approximately $112,402 in Fiscal Year 2000, a 25% increase in revenue.
These fees are auxiliary in nature and do not affect the state supported
educational and general operations of the university
Local Government Impact
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
