Local Government Impact
  
A local government requesting assistance from an investigator from
outside its jurisdiction would be liable for costs associated with
investigator salary, benefits and expenses. The cost would depend on the
number of investigators requested and the time and expenses spent by the
investigators outside their jurisdiction.
