This bill would make the statutory provisions for the purchase of goods
and services under contract to a school district applicable to the
purchases of goods and services under contract to community/junior
colleges. This change in rules would not have an impact on general
revenue.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
