               functions of the Governor's Committee on People with

*  No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.        *

*  The bill would make no appropriation but could provide the legal      *
*  basis for an appropriation of funds to implement the provisions of    *
*  the bill.                                                             *
*                                                                        *
*  The bill provides for the continuation of the Governor's Committee    *
*  on People with Disabilities.  Funding for the committee is            *
*  included in H.B. 1, the General Appropriations Act, as introduced.    *

The bill would continue the Governor's Committee on People with
Disabilities for 12 years.  No additional costs above the current level
of funding for the committee is anticipated.  Similar annual fiscal
implications would continue as long as the provisions of the bill are in
effect.
