services by certain medical and dental institutions of

The bill would extend current methods for the acquisition of goods and
services by medical and dental schools. To the extent that institutions
realize cost savings by using these methods, current cost savings would
continue into future fiscal years.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
