               regents of The University of Texas System to acquire
               certain properties for campus expansion and other

The bill would authorize the Board of Regents of The University of Texas
System to acquire six different properties to expand M. D. Anderson
Cancer Center.  The properties are around the center.  The University of
Texas System would have Permanent University Fund bond proceeds or other
non-state sources of funds available to purchase land.
