* No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. *

Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
The bill would allow campus-level purchasing for school districts with
site-based decision-making plans, and would not require such school
districts to aggregate and jointly award purchases or contracts.
Reduction in paperwork and other efficiencies may result in savings at
the school or district level.
