Local Government Impact
  
This bill would limit the liability of taxing units that assume ownership
through delinquent tax foreclosure of property containing underground or
aboveground storage tanks.  The proposed liability limitations could
provide potential cost savings associated with remediation for damage
caused by underground and aboveground storage tanks.
