Local Government Impact

No significant cost to counties is anticipated due to the training
requirements of the bill.

The bill could result in a small savings to counties for advertising and
other administrative costs associated with making purchases through the
competitive bidding process. The savings would vary by county and would
depend on the number of purchases made by the county each year that cost
between $15,000 and $25,000.
