               Parks and Wildlife Commission), Committee Report 1st

The bill would authorize the chairman of the Texas Parks and Wildlife
Commission to appoint and manage committees to advise the commission on
issues under its jurisdiction. In addition, the bill would repeal
statutory requirements for Fannin State Park Advisory Committee, San
Jacinto Historic Advisory Board, Battleship Texas Advisory Board, Texas
Trails Advisory Council, Falconry Advisory Board and Artificial Reef
Advisory Committee.
