It is assumed that this transfer would result in no net increase in expenditures, revenues, or staff to the state. The bill would create an advisory committee to advise the Department of Health on funeral service issues. Reimbursement for travel and related expenses for members of the advisory committee would have to be authorized in the General Appropriations Act.
