*  basis for an appropriation of funds to implement the provisions of    *
*  the bill.                                                             *

The bill would direct the Department of Health to include components in
the prostate cancer program designed to reach ethnic and racial minority
groups that reflect the nature of and trends in prostate cancer
morbidity and mortality rates.  It is assumed the department would be
able to accomplish this within existing resources.
