               interest in real property by a public junior college or
               public junior college district to a university system.),

The bill would allow community colleges to convey real property for less
than fair market value to a university system if the exchange promotes a
public purpose related to higher education within the service area of
the public community college district.
  
Local Government Impact
  
The local community college districts that convey property under the
provisions of the bill could incur costs depending upon the terms of the
