The bill would repeal sections 141.086(g)-(k) of the Human Resources Code
which provide state aide to counties for operating costs of certain
juvenile post-adjudication facilities. The bill removes sections that
will expire by the effective date of the bill.
Local Government Impact
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
