The bill contains provisions that conform statutory language to changes
proposed in House Joint Resolution 58. The conforming provisions are
contingent on adoption of HJR 58, and would have no fiscal implication
in addition those that would result solely from the adoption of HJR 58.
Local Government Impact
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
