The Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC) currently
regulates drinking water at certain youth camps.  The bill would
transfer the regulation authority to the Texas Department of Health.  It
is assumed that no significant impact to the state would occur related
to the transfer of the program.  According to TNRCC, the costs
associated with this function are estimated to be $70,389 in federal
funds.

Six personal computers ($2,000 each) and six laser printers ($2,500 each)
  
  
Local Government Impact
  
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
