Local Government Impact
  
The bill would require a child to be confined for up to 90 days at a
juvenile detention facility if the child is adjudicated to have engaged
in certain conduct involving a firearm.  The bill would result in
increased costs to the counties to the extent the court places these
children in county detention facilities.
