* The bill would make no appropriation but could provide the legal *
* basis for an appropriation of funds to implement the provisions of *
* the bill. *

The bill would establish some new responsibilities, but they could be
absorbed within existing resources. The bill would result in a small
increase in revenue, which would be deposited into a new, dedicated
Assisted Living Account in the General Revenue Fund.
Local Government Impact
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
